We offer a large selection of filter elements that are available right away: coarse and fine filter elements, surface and depth filters, single-use elements and elements that can be cleaned and reused.
Filter elements
String-wound filter elements
Voigt string-wound filter elements are suitable for depth and precoat filtration. Made from selected high-quality materials, they are available with a fineness of 0.5 to 400 µm and lengths of 76 to 2032 mm as standard.
Filters for power stations
Depth filters
These self-supporting filter elements are made of 100% thermally bonded polypropylene microfibres, connected to a complex filter matrix, without the addition of binders or wetting agents (FDA tested). Available in 8 different fineness grades from 1 to 75 µm and 9 lengths from 5" to 50".
SYNAMELT filter elements
Wound filter cartridges with a separation rate of 99.98%. The fleece layers made of extremely fine microfibres with various pore sizes ensure graded depth filtration. Available in 16 different fineness grades from 0.4 to 90 µm and 9 lengths from 5" to 40".
Activated charcoal filter elements
Apart from the activated carbon granules to improve smell and taste and the flat seals, all the materials used are 100% polypropylene. Available in 5 different fineness grades from 1 to 50 µm and lengths from 4" to 40". Special lengths up to max. 1016 mm possible.
Fabric filter elements
Surface filters with an inner and outer supporting structure, and exterior fabric hose and two end caps with flat seals or O-rings. Made of 100% polypropylene or 100% polyamide. Available in 12 different fineness grades from 25 to 1000 µm and 9 lengths up to 40".
Screen filter elements
When the filter needs to be changed, only the dirty screen needs to be replaced or cleaned. The other parts can be reused. Available in lengths from 248 to 508 mm (supporting structure) and with a fineness of 10 to 350 µm (screen element).
Stainless steel filter elements
Our stainless steel filter elements consist of a supporting structure which is covered by a smooth filter fabric in 18 available fineness grades from 3 to 1000 µm. These elements are temperature resistant up to max. 230°C. Available in 9 lengths from 5" to 40".
SYNAFELT - fibre fleece filter elements
Our fibre fleece filter elements are made of a 100% viscose fleece impregnated with a synthetic resin, which is cylindrically formed and solidified. These have a very high flow rate and excellent dirt-holding capacity. Available in fineness grades from 1 to 200 µm.
Membrane filter elements
Pleated membrane filter elements made of PES with support frame and end caps made of PP, thermoplastically welded, resistant to the majority of acids and alkalis (pH 1-14). These elements meet FDA requirements. Available in fineness grades (absolute) from 0.03 to 0.65 µm.
Folded filter elements
Various filter elements made of pleated polypropylene fleece. Depending on the type, the elements may be sterilised or chemically, mechanically or thermally backflushed. Available in lengths from 9 ¾" to 40" and fineness grades from 0.20 - 40 µm.
