Dry filtration
Gas-air filters (GLF series)
For fans, compressor and vacuum pumps in closed pipe systems, both on the suction side and the pressure side. Can be supplied in 14 sizes with outputs between 300 m³/h and 20,000 m³/h. Pleated filter inserts with high dust holding capability.
Gas-air filters (MLF series)
Like the GLF series, these can be used for fans, compressors and vacuum pumps in closed pipe systems on the suction side and the pressure side. Suitable for smaller volume flows between 100 m³/h and 400 m³/h. A wide range of filter cartridges can be supplied.
Air filter cartridges (ALF series)
Suction filters for atmospheric air or exhaust filters for industrial systems at volume flows up to max. 500 m³/h. The cartridges are directly screwed to the system via a threaded connection. So there is no need for separate filter housing for accommodating the filter cartridge.
Canal air filters (KLF series)
Suction filters for fans, compressors and ventilators. Optional mounting frame for pocket filters, frame filters, compact filters or suspended matter filters. For fitting next to or above one another as a filter wall or behind one another by using filter inserts of different filter classes.
Pocket filters
The filter medium consists of fine synthetic fibres sewn to form wedge-shaped pockets. The frames are either made of plastic (20/25 mm) or metal (25 mm). The pocket filters can be produced in any size. Filter classes G3 - F9.
Frame filters
Frame filters are the most simple and cost-effective air filter products for coarse and fine dust. They can be supplied in all standard sizes and in almost any special size. All versions are temperature resistant up to 65°C. Filter classes G2 - F9.
Compact filters
Compact filters have a large filter area due to the pleated filter medium. The filter medium is fitted in a frame with head frame (mounting flange). This mounting flange is between 20 and 25 mm wide. All versions are temperature resistant up to 65°C. Filter classes M6-F9.
Suspended matter filters
Made of high-quality glass-fibre papers, for separating suspended matter, such as aerosols, toxic dusts, viruses, germs, etc. with frame made of MDF, plywood, plastic, aluminium, galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel.
Round air filters (RLF series)
Suction filters for fans, compressors and combustion engines. Installation takes place directly via the flange connection of the circular air filter. By opening a wing nut and lifting the lid, the dirty filter insert can be removed and the new filter inserted in its place.
Form, flat and circular filters
Made of a fibre fleece impregnated with synthetic resin, pressed in moulds, stamped or cylindrically formed. Self-supporting, size can be freely determined. High degree of separation of up to 99.9%, long service life, easy to clean. Temperature resistant up to 140°C.
Filter tubes, filter bags
Made of needle felt or fabric for all areas of industrial dust removal. Voigt filter tubes are suitable for filter systems with vibration, backflushing and pulse jet cleaning. Voigt filter pockets can be supplied as single or multiple chamber filter pockets (multi pockets).
Air filter elements
Folded air filter cartridges made of polyester fleece, polypropylene fleece, polyester fleece with PTFE membrane or cellulose fleece. All filter media is BIA-tested (German Institute for Industrial Safety) and has a certificate of category G or C. Special designs are possible on request.
Air filter mats
Coarse dust filter mats G2 - G4, fine dust filter mats M5, glass-fibre filter mats G2 - G4 and activated charcoal filter mats for separating dust, bacteria, pollen and aerosols. Available as rolls or cuts, stamped parts and ready-made products according to your specifications or drawings.
